President

Joseph Ware is the President of Helion Group. A recognized industry leader, Joseph oversees the growth, strategic development and financial performance of Helion for offices throughout North America. Before he earned the role of president in 2018, Joseph served in a variety of senior level positions throughout his career. Joseph began his career as a technical recruiter in 2011 where he quickly gained "Top Producer" distinction. In 2012, he was promoted to Account Executive over East Tennessee’s engineering & skilled trades vertical. His leadership and sales doubled annual revenues and earned his office "Operation of the Year" in 2015 while personally becoming the top producer out of 3,000+ in the company. In 2016, he relocated for a promotion to Knoxville, Tenn. and became director over East Tennessee's skilled trades and engineering vertical while doubling the operation again. Joseph also became the first employee to attain "Top Producer" for the region in two separate locations and securing the region’s "Most Valuable Producer and Leader" title. Joseph is a member of Nashville’s Entrepreneurs Organization chapter and is a member of the Nashville Chamber of Commerce. He volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters and People Loving Nashville. Joseph is a graduate of Dalton State College.

Zane has been with Helion since day one and has held various different roles within the company. Such roles include Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Director of Operations over Helion’s Louisville location and currently the Regional Director of Fulfillment. Having years of experience within multiple markets, Zane is ready to provide custom fit solutions to Helion’s clients.

Bill Ashburn

Regional Business Development Manager

Bill Ashburn has a proven track record of success in multiple industries. Before joining Helion in 2020, he has been a top producer at 3 multi-billion-dollar organizations specializing in industries such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Gas and Oil, and High Tech. Bill began his career as an engineering recruiter in 2013. In 2015, he was promoted to Account Manager and quickly became a top producer in his company. In 2016, Bill tripled his annual revenue, split his territory, and opened a new office in New Albany, Indiana. Bill then relocated to Florida and joined a prestigious Information Technology company in 2018, continuing his expertise in Manufacturing. Through 2020, Bill exceeded all individual quota goals while splitting his territory each year. Bill is extremely client focused and has numerous recommendations from C-Level executives. He is accompanied by his wife Misty and son William IV.
